The football icon  David Beckham is in Kathmandu to help raise funds for the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF). Beckham, who is the  Goodwill Ambassador to UNICEF, flew to Kathmandu for playing first match of the charity series. In the mean time Beckham is also schedule to shoot A documentary “David Beckham: For the Love of the Game”, commissioned by the BBC.
He was seen playing football with school children at Bhaktapur on Friday afternoon.
A crowd gathered at the Bhaktapur Durbar Square to catch a glimpse of the star footballer when he toured the UNESCO World Heritage Site before reaching Taumadhi to play the token football match with local school children.
