KP Oil declared the 38th Prime Minister of Nepal

Securing a 338 votes KP Sharma Oli CPN-UML Chairman was declared the 38^th prime Minister of Nepal. He defeated Nepali Congress (NC) President Sushil Koirala. Koirala secured 249 votes, from the 587 lawmakers participating in the voting.

Oli’s was supported by 14 political parties including United Democratic Madhesi Front (UDMF), UCPN (Maoist) and Rastriya Prajatantra Party Nepal (RPP-N) respectively
