KATHMANDU, Sept 14: The Constituent Assembly (CA) has forwarded the recognition of Non-Resident Nepali Citizenship to be given to the Non-Resident Nepali after the promulgation of the new constitution.
The Article 14 of the constitutional bill has been approved by the CA.
However, their rights would be limited to specific roles and responsibilities.
