During his arrest Dorjee had covered more than 1,300 km from Dharamshala to Nepal.  He was arrested two months back when he failed to provide the appropriate travel documents and was found to be part of the FREE TIBET movement.

After 1959, more than 20,000 Tibetan exiles are living in Nepal, after the uprising against of the Chinese rule in Tibet. Nepal has strictly prohibited demonstrations by Tibetan exiles and other facilitating activities. Till now his condition is hidden and no one knows of his where about, the Tibetan government-in-exile has condemns the decision and is further looking forward for clarifying the situation and condition of Tsetan Dorjee.

Nepal has a stiff attitude towards the Tibetan activist where time and again arrests are frequent in contrast to the diplomatic relations with CHINA .
