Recently Nepal’s Prime Minister Dr. Baburam Bhattrai visited the United States of America and met US president Barack Hussein Obama. Dr Bhattarai represent the Unified Communist Party of Nepal which has been listed by the United States of America as Global Terrorist groupÂ
The courtesy and generosity shown by the US President shows the double standard of diplomatic relationship that US practices in regards to its operation and manipulation.
The roles and responsibility of the world’s most powerful country certainly is vague in respect to the strategic geographical location of Nepal and its strategic planning against countering India and China.
(The Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist) is not included on the Foreign Terrorist Organization list, but remains a designated Specially Designated Global Terrorist under Executive Order 13224 and is included on the Terrorism Exclusion List, pursuant to the Immigration and Nationality Act. While the Party has taken some positive steps, we continue to have areas of concern which must be addressed before the Party could be de-listed.)
